Mr. DeMichele is the founder of Canada Concrete Corp.  Don is a local entrepreneur with a global mind set.  Don possesses more than 30 years of diverse experience in the concrete industry.  His operational knowledge of the construction sector has resulted in Don establishing and leading multiple successful businesses that directly contribute to the development and the construction of vital infrastructure projects that support  and strengthen the economic and social fabric within communities.  

Mr. Agnolin is the Area Manager for Canada Concrete Corp.  Roger is a seasoned concrete professional, with over 40 years of operational and management experience in the concrete industry.  Prior to joining Canada Concrete, Roger was the Ready Mix & Plant Manager for Lafarge Canada for nearly two decades.   Mr. Agnolin’s experience also includes management roles with Nor-Shore Ready Mix and Kam Aggregates.   

Mr. Oakley is the Plant Manager for Canada Concrete Corp. Byron commenced his career in the concrete sector in 1995 as a ready-mix driver for Lafarge Canada, where he quickly advanced to a management role.  Byron possesses nearly two decades of operational experience, centered in batching, testing and plant operations. Prior to joining Canada Concrete in April 2018, Byron operated the Thunder Bay plant for Lafarge Canada. 

Mr. Laforest is the General Manager for Canada Concrete Corp.  Jean's project management experience in large scale construction projects brings extensive value to the management team.   Jean possesses over 15 years of operational experience specialized in project management, client relations, and estimating.
